The Auberge du Cap restaurant in the Gard
The Delpuech family is delighted to welcome you to their Auberge restaurant in the Gard. We have been producers/breeders for generations on the Cévennes terraces and the village of Sumène. We produce with respect for the seasons, the cycle of nature, and the environment in order to obtain fruits and vegetables and lambs of optimal taste and quality.
The Inn in Sumène
In order to promote our products and make them known to everyone, we have opened the Auberge du Cap, a restaurant with a panoramic view of the entire Cévennes and the village of Sumène. It is a friendly place where you can enjoy traditional and local cuisine directly from the field to the plate prepared by our chef.
Coach operators: you will have a large, secure car park that is easily accessible by car or coach by following the signs and directions.
We offer numerous hiking trails starting from our Inn (various lengths and levels) allowing you to discover the landscapes, fauna and flora so characteristic of our region. The Cévennes roads are also renowned for cycling, motorcycling and car racing. What better way to discover them than by stopping off at our Inn for a culinary experience.
